Todd mediates at any location convenient for parties and counsel. His home base is in Dallas, and he has conference space for mediations in Tarrant County (by appointment near DFW airport), Rockwall County and Collin County (by appointment). He is ready and willing to travel to other cities in Texas, as well as to other states.
Yes, since the pandemic hit in March 2020, Todd is set up and ready to mediate via Zoom. Most Courts are allowing cases to be mediated via Zoom or other platforms. Todd leaves it up the the parties to decide if the case should be mediated in person or remotely.

Todd's home office is located at 12400 Coit Road, Suite 800 in Dallas, right at the corner of 75 and Churchill Way right across the street from a Costco. It is just a short drive from the downtown business district and also convenient to Love Field and DFW airports. Visitor parking is free in the parking garage. If the home office location is inconvenient for the parties involved in a mediation, Todd has other locations in and around the DFW area.

Todd mediates cases in Fort Worth/Grapevine, Plano, or any city in the U.S. agreed upon by the parties. He will work with the parties to use convenient conference space at low or no cost. Travel expenses, such as airfare, lodging, and transportation, will be divided and billed equally to the parties following the conclusion of the mediation.
